Podcasting at Flatirons What is Podcasting? Podcasting allows you to subscribe to an audio or video program and automatically download new episodes of that program as they are released. What does that mean for the Flatirons community? Now, instead of going to the website and streaming the messages or downloading them manually, you can automatically receive Jim or Scott's messages weekly on your computer and sync them to your iPhone or mp3 player or listen to or watch them on your computer. How can I subscribe if I use iTunes? To subscribe to the audio podcast in iTunes click here. To subscribe to the video podcast in iTunes click here. What if I don't use iTunes? Enter this url into your podcast software to subscribe: http://www.flatironschurch.com/podcasts/fcc_audio_podcast.php for the audio podcast, or http://www.flatironschurch.com/podcasts/fcc_video_podcast.php for the video podcast. What messages are included in the flatirons podcast? The flatirons audio podcast contains messages from October 2007 (the "Behind Closed Doors" series) through the present. The video podcast started with the "Waste Management" series on April 12, 2009. With most podcast-capable software you can choose which messages you want to download. |
