All my life, I've been searching for some really big answers to some really big questions, like "Who am I...really? Why am I here? How much am I worth? What's the point of my life? How does God fit into my life? If I want God in my life, why do I need Jesus? Is it even important that I search for answers?" Those are great questions. Here's one more..."Would the rest of my life be different if I finally discovered the answers to the questions that I've been trying to figure out All My Life?"

Contrary to popular opinion, Biblical manhood is not defined by the level of a guy's tesosterone, the size of his bank account or the length of his résumé. No, the people that God used or couldn't use in the Bible can be traced back to the presence or absence of two things in their lives. In this series, we will be taking a look at both of those things.

Some things are simply meant to go together … like peanut butter and jelly. They are fine on their own, but when combined … wow … they become a whole new, delicious creation. The same truth applies to men and women. Individually, they beautifully and wholly bear God’s image. But when men and women come together in the context of marriage, they become a whole new creation. This is meant to be a good thing, but as we all know, marriage can also be a disaster. If one complements the other, marriage is awesome. But if one tries to overpower the other, marriage can become nauseating. When "peanut butter and jelly" becomes "peanut butter versus jelly" the result is always a food fight. Thankfully, Jesus offers us something better.
