This trip is an opportunity to develop relationships of encouragement, support, curiosity, and fun with Urban Mosaic’s staff and community leaders, as well as a small, short-term team from Flatirons. Participants will gain an understanding of Urban Mosaic’s model that works towards holistic transformation from fragile cities to Shalom cities.

Those interested in this trip should want to discover how God would like to use them around the world, with an openness to learn about who Urban Mosaic is and the role they play in their communities. Participants should have a desire to develop new relationships, a willingness to be led, a heart to teach as well as learn, and exemplify Jesus in all they do. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus!
