“Professional Scientitions” Dr. Cray and Dr. Shawn, with the help of Grandma, help kids discover the “secrets of the universe,” and see that God made all things; not one thing was made without him. Kids will see how God created things, what his favorite creation is, what it means that he rested one day, and that God had a plan to fix our mistakes.

1. What, or who, is God’s favorite creation? (us, people)
2. Can you complete this sentence? God created people in his own ________. (image) Image is correct! He loves us so much that he made us to be like him.
3. He loves people and made us to do more special things than his other creation. All of his creation – plants, animals, rocks, stars – they all show how good God is, but people are extra special because we can choose to love God back. Isn’t that cool? (Discuss how we can choose to love God, while his other creation can’t. It’s a high-level concept, so move on if there’s no comprehension, but discuss this further if kids are interested.)
