GROUP Q&A

SUPPLIES: flashlight, mirror

NOTES

  • Read each section and do the actions.
  • Take toys out one at a time and hold them up for kids to see. Then put away props.
  1. Sad Face: Paul had a hard time being nice to people. When people are mean, it makes us sad. Can you make a sad face? (Demonstrate and mimic sad faces.)

  1. Flashlight: One day a light from heaven flashed around Paul. Watch as I flash this light! (Point flashlight down and turn it on and off repeatedly so light flashes.)

  1. Cover Your Eyes: The flash of light made Paul blind. Put your hands over your eyes so you can’t see. (Demonstrate then have them cover their eyes with their hands.)

  1. Blink and Cheer: A man named Ananias helped Paul see again. Let’s blink our eyes and shout hooray for Paul. (Blink eyes and shout hooray.)

  1. Mirror: Paul learned Jesus loved him. Jesus loves you, too! Can you say, “Jesus loves me?” (Hold up mirror to each child as they say, “Jesus loves me.”)
