West Women's Sunrise Stretch & Workshop
Join us for a morning of light, restorative movement and a mini workshop centered around Grace in Every Step.
This is an opportunity for the Women of West to come together and celebrate the strength, beauty, and wisdom in each other, in whatever season we are walking through. Connect, be inspired, and walk with grace alongside others.
Located at West on the patio and lower-level lobby. **Please bring an exercise mat or blanket and a journal.
