AIM Professional Growth and Development Trip

Trip Details:
INTENTION: This team will come alongside teachers at the AIM school to provide training, encouragement, and ESL support. Through classroom collaboration, workshops, and intentional relationship-building, the team will help equip the AIM educators with fresh tools while supporting English language learning for their students. The team’s investment will not only uplift their staff but also strengthen the overall learning experience for children who have overcome significant adversity. Together, you will empower those on the front lines of education, helping to build a future of restoration, dignity, and hope for the next generation.
WHO: There is a broad spectrum of people we are looking for with this trip. People who have experience in things like: simple lesson planning in a variety of things, team building exercises, dream-board activities, relational connection, conflict resolution, classroom management, and ESL support. If you are someone who enjoys engaging others through team building exercises or other relational methods, this is a great trip for you to apply for!
