Group Overview
Let’s help our students understand that through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus, our God has once become King! His Kingdom is coming on Earth as it is in Heaven and all of us have been invited to partner with Him in accomplishing that mission. The crucifixion narrative and Jesus’s earthly ministry perfectly parallel the process of an Israelite ruler becoming king. We are going to walk through the process today.

- How can you share the Gospel and be a light in your community this week?
- Read Philippians 2:9-11. Does this verse bring encouragement to you? Explain your answer.
