Following Jesus means being joined to something bigger than yourself—and being part of the body means being known, connected, and moving with it. Whether that looks like finding your people in a smaller community group or using what God has given you to serve others, there’s a place for you to step in. Don’t wait until you feel ready. Belonging is what makes you ready.
Whether you’re looking to grow as a disciple or connect with like-minded people, we have environments designed to help you take a step of faith. Every space is an opportunity for God to grow you from the inside out because discipleship happens best in relationships.
Seeking to find a deeper connection with people and faith? Find your perfect fit. Our small group network consists of people from every walk of life, gender, and interest. Serving is one of the ways we stop simply attending church and start living like we belong to it—using the gifts, skills, and experiences God has given us to make a difference for other people. There’s a team at Flatirons where you can get in the fight, find your place, and help the body do what it was made to do.

From cradle to college, we want to come alongside you to help you grow in a relationship with Christ. NEXTGEN ministries include Kids, Students, College and Parent ministry. Sign-Up to serve in one of our NEXTGEN Ministries.

We create excellent environments so that people can bump into Jesus. The Guest Services Team is the very first impression that people get of Flatirons. This team helps with greeting, parking, ushering, the cafe, and all of the crucial jobs that make people feel welcome.

Whether at a portable campus loading in and out, or at a permanent campus helping maintain the building — we have a huge need for some help! This volunteer position includes both weekend and midweek opportunities.

The Safety Team is charged with the physical security of all the Flatirons Campuses. This commitment includes working during services as well as annual training and some skills qualifications. We strive to present a professional security approach and a strong, Christ-centered ministry.

Music brings people closer to one another, and closer to God. The Worship Team exists to teach biblical truth through creative elements breaking down barriers through music. If you’re musically or vocally talented, audition to be on the team!

If you want to help produce or generate what the people of Flatirons might hear or see, both online and at our campuses, come join the Production Team. We help produce a weekend experience, program lights, mix audio, direct cameras, and keep all the technical aspects of Flatirons up and running.

Prayer is an important part of creating a culture where people can encounter God at Flatirons. Our Prayer Team comes alongside people after weekend services to listen, pray, offer compassion, and help point them toward Jesus. You don’t need to have all the answers—you simply need a growing relationship with Jesus, an active prayer life, and a willingness to care for people in whatever season they’re walking through.

We offer ASL Interpreted services at many of our campuses! Whether you’re a native signer or just beginning, we’d love your help in serving the deaf community.
